Special needs children are more exposed to the world of “can’t do” by milestones unmet, foods prohibited, activities avoided ad experiences denied. these limitations hit their families hard, and end up making “special needs” seem like a tragic designation. Some will always mourn their lost potential, and others may find that their challenges make triumphs sweeter, and that weaknesses are often accompanied by amazing strengths.
The film is based on the experiences of the director’s association with six special needs children; Sadiq, Muneeb, Taha, Priyanka, Brahadesh and Fatema. Though their eyes the film creates sweet, humorous and witty moments yet at times it’s depicts their tragic and hard lives with emotional rawness.
The film espouses the message of hope and understanding that makes anyone feel just a tad bit more human and a little less closed off fro the rest of the world. It is a very personal and passionate portrayal that take a close, sometimes painfully honest look at the lives of the children with special needs and their families.
